A familiar voice on the West Coast, Stephen Hardy Palmer is looking forward to bringing his down-home roots and his newest album Bye & Bye back to Deep Cove Folk. Celebrating 60 years as a working musician, Stephen got his start in the electric ’60s playing Saturday night dances and graduating to arena show openers for touring legends like The Who, Led Zeppelin, and Cream. In 2018, he was inducted into the Edmonton Music Hall of Fame in his old hometown.
Drawing deep inspiration from iconic storytellers like Gordon Lightfoot, Ian Tyson, and Joni Mitchell, Stephen has spent the last 30 years sharing his down-home songwriting and love of acoustic guitar picking with audiences across the country. Audiences can look forward to a warm, intimate evening of acoustic music, nostalgic reflections, and new songs born from six decades of life on the musical road.
